Hoffman’s Equine Developer Ration is a part of the Hoffman’s line of equine feeds. This feed is intended to be fed at 1.0 – 3.0 kg per head daily, in at least 2 equal, separated feedings. Good quality hay should be fed at 1.0 – 2.5 kg per 100 kg of body weight. This ration is intended for weanling foals up to two years of age. For foals around weaning time, feed approximately 1.5 to 2.5 kg per day. Once weaned, feed to keep growth and condition adequate. The actual feeding level will be determined by the quality of the forage, level and intensity of the work, and the condition of the horse. Hoffman’s Maintenance Horse Ration is designed to be fed at 1.5 – 2.5 kg per head daily, in at least 2 equal, separated feedings. Hay should be fed at 1.25 – 2 kg per 100 kg of body weight. Feed Hoffman’s Maintenance Horse Ration at 1.5 kg per horse daily, in at least 2 equal separate feedings to horses to maintain adequate body condition. Horse Ration is designed to be fed at 3 – 6 kg per head daily, in at least 2 equal, separated feedings. Hay should be fed at 1 – 1.5 kg per 100 kg of body weight. Hoffman’s Horse Mineral is a part of the Hoffman’s line of equine feeds.

Free Choice: Place Hoffman’s Horse Mineral in an open mineral feeder, protected from the elements. Place one feeder for every 10-15 head. Initially, remove all sources of salt. Place enough mineral for 2 to 3 days consumption in the feeder(s). Monitor intake. If mineral intake exceeds 200 grams per head per day, add salt blocks to the mineral feeder: approximately one block for every 10-15 head. Expected free choice consumption will be approximately 150-200 grams per head per day. This will vary depending on the condition of the horses, plane of nutrition, age, weight, weather conditions and sex of the horse.

Top Dressing: Hoffman’s Horse Mineral may also be top-dressed on the horse’s daily grain allowance. Top dress 150-200 grams for mature horses. For best results, top dress in two equal daily feedings. At all times allow horses access to clean water and adequate good quality, dust-free forage.

Hoffman’s Performance Mineral for Horses Ration is a part of the Hoffman’s line of equine feeds.

Free choice: Supply Hoffman’s Performance Mineral for Horses in an open feeder, protected from the elements. Place enough mineral for 2 to 3 days consumption in the feeder(s). Monitor intake. Provide one feeder per every 10-15 head. Initially, remove salt, gradually adding salt blocks until mineral consumption stabilizes at the expected 150-200 grams per head per day.

Top Dressing: Provide 150-200 grams per head per day top dressed on the horses’ daily grain allowance. For best results, feed in two equal daily feedings.
