We know this is a stressful time,
and we're here for you.

You are probably feeling lost and overwhelmed right now. Don’t worry. You are not alone. We are here to walk with you through every step of this difficult time.

The very first thing you need to do is pick up the phone and call us right now, any time, day or night, to get in touch with one of our funeral directors.

You can call us at 403.328.2361 right now or, if you prefer, fill out the form to the right and one of our funeral directors will call you in the next 10 minutes.

During that call, three things are going to happen:

1. You will be asked a few simple questions,

2. We will make the necessary arrangements to bring your loved one into our care, and

3. We will schedule a time over the next day or two to meet with you in person.

What to expect when we meet

There are a lot of steps to planning a funeral and right now you aren’t in the best frame of mind to tackle this alone. We strongly recommend that you bring a family member or close friend with you!

You should know that we've taken great pains to make your experience with us as worry-free as possible. Here's how:

• We've designed our funeral home a pleasant place to spend time. That means our interior design is easy-on-the-eye, the rooms are spacious yet cozy, and the furniture is comfortable.

• Our staff are professional yet personable and compassionate. We believe that when you leave, you'll consider us more than funeral directors; in fact, we hope you’ll feel like we’ve become friends. Friends you can really trust to compassionately care for your loved one, for you, and for your entire family.

• We've streamlined the funeral arrangement process. We've been making funeral arrangements with families for a very long time so we have plenty of experience developing the easiest and most efficient way to guide you through the process.

• We will handle all the details – and we do mean all of them. From filing the initial paperwork with the government to driving you home after the ceremony–and everything in between. We look after every detail so you don’t have to.

When you come through the front door, you will be greeted warmly by our staff. Names will be exchanged and words of comfort will be offered. Our funeral director will take you to his or her office and you will be offered some refreshments.

The funeral director will start by asking you about your loved one to gain an understanding of the person the service will honor. Use this time to communicate your ideas and preferences, share your loved one's life story, revisit memories, and highlight their accomplishments. We will use this information to guide you in the creation of a personalized, meaningful celebration of your loved one's life.

We will work through the big questions like burial or cremation. Whether you want a private or public viewing. Selection of the casket and urn. We will also help you decide on all of the small details like compiling a the guest list, hiring clergy, selecting pallbearers, stationary, flowers, and many others.

Our time together will take as long as you need it to take. Our role is to make this process as smooth, unhurried, and stress-free for you as we can. We are there to provide you with the guidance you need to make all the right decisions for you and your family.

Our hope is that you will find this process one of love, healing, and life celebration.
